The Government to ensure that Domicillary care is provided to those unable to care for themselves.

Full and "individual" care packages must be provided which have to take into account the disabled persons previous lifestyle and how useless and sometimes bullied they can feel having to allow strangers to "take over!

The Government must take all steps to ensure that people, who through no fault of their own, but are in need of help are given the support required in a ""caring"" manner.
