ADHD and autism in mainstream schools

Additional Information

I want an easier more accessible way to reach funding for children under 16 in mainstream school who are suspected of displaying signs of adhd and symptoms of learning and communication difficulties within or close in the autism spectrum, my main aim is to provide a direct referral system into which parents can confirm a suspected diagnosis more quickly and reliably. The current system of reaching a diagnosis or funding of any kind to provide a tailored education relies on referrals from multiple bodies which can take up to six months, while this is happening no special arrangements at school can be properly authorised and a pupils learning suffer as a result.
