Convert abandoned properties in Thanet into homeless shelters

Additional Information

We, as a community DEMAND that thanet council make a change and convert many of the abandoned buildings into homeless shelters. At any time of the year, no one should face being on the streets. We are losing lives, people are becoming ill, turning to alcohol and drug abuse just to come with the reality of being alone and without help.
