Declare Englands milestone 1100th Birthday on 12th July 2027 a bank holiday.
England is about to celebrate a landmark birthday at 1100 years old since Aethelstan’s Unification of England. We want publicly funded celebratory events to mark this historic birthday. In the run up schools will teach children about the history running up to this event in 927.
We have public holidays for major milestones for our Queen/King who are mere MEN.
To this extent, there is no HONOURABLE argument why this birthday is not declared a day of National Unification and national celebration, filled with publicly funded events across the country, culminating in a large Church service and music festival with the King and members of the Royal family in attendance.
Let’s use this significant historic moment to UNITE THE COUNTRY in pride in our English nation.
