Abolish parking fees down Barry The Cold Knap

Petition Details

Barry Town Council have set up parking fees down The Cold Knap. This has never had fees, and the town of Barry have always used the Cold Knap as a place of serenity, peace and calmness. This has been taken away from everyone near and far. The local businesses around the Knap have seen a decline to.

Additional Information

This will help the businesses around the knap as it’s already seen a change in the number of customers being lower than average. Staff are afraid of losing their jobs which they have had for yrs and local businesses fear closing down. People rely on the Knap as a place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. A place where you can gather your thoughts after a hard days work. The only place in Barry that’s beautiful to look and and appreciate the sunset.
