Petition Action

Introduce a public misconduct register for police accountability & transparency

Petition Details

Legislate to introduce a public misconduct register for police found guilty of misconduct or gross misconduct, including bullying and discrimination. We think this should be known as 'Isabelle’s Law'.

Additional Information

We believe these changes could ensure that the public can request misconduct history of the officer/staff that's dealing with them, protect whistleblowers, and provide transparency for the public.
