Lower the price of free range eggs.

Additional Information

We would all like eggs to be from free range hens but they aren't & trying to ban the sales of non free range eggs would be near enough impossible. If the price of free range eggs was lower more people would buy them and wouldn't buy the cheaper option as much which is normally caged hens eggs.
