For years the staff within the civil service have suffered financially from a pay freeze and now getting minimal pay rises far below the cost of living. Its about tine the government gave its staff a fair pay settlement considering without us the UKs public services just couldn't run. For to long now civil servants have paid the price of the economy crisis and its time things changed.
