To make wellbeing within schools a part of the education system.
To bring at least 1 lesson per week to focus on meditation, breathing exercises, understanding emotions vs thoughts and regulating those within the school environment for all children.
Children go through many changes as they grow, emotional, mentally and physically, there is nothing to support these children through the changes, they are expected to cope regardless of the pressures of school work, thus pressure results in outbursts, bullying, lack of empathy towards each other, and has a knock on effect for some through life. If children understood and could hold their own emotions they could support each other’s better resulting in a happier school environment.
