Scrap the Old State Pension. All pensioners to receive the New State Pension.
Pay the New State Pension to all pensioners eligible for a full state pension.
The basic cost of living is the same for all pensioners. A good proportion of older pensioners will not have private or works pensions and find living costs hard to manage.
No-one who has worked all their life should have to decide between heating or eating.
