Bikes to have licenses and be fined or lose points for jumping red lights.
Cyclists to have the same rules as motor vehicles. When purchasing a bike, a license needs to be mandatory and road rules to be followed. Points taken, fines and loss of license if caught jumping the red lights
Cyclists around school roads are jumping the lights when red, putting adults and children crossing the green man at risk. There have been a number of near misses and they do not show any sympathy or concern.
