house burglary
I think that if some one breaks into your home you should be able by law to do what ever you need to do to protect your property or family even if the criminal is badly injured in the encounter. I feel that people that do burglaries should be afraid to enter people's homes because they should not be protected the home owner should be and the law should be on the home owners side so if the burglar ends up in hospital or worse perhaps it will teach him a lesson that prison hasn't
