Banning Half-And-Half Football Scarves

Half-and-half football scarves should be banned. They are the scourge of the modern game and disliked by genuine football fans. In addition to this the vendors of these ghastly items are most likely unlicensed and trading illegally.

I propose the banning of half-and-half football scarves and that the sale of the items be made an illegal act leading to arrest, trial and a hefty prison sentence.
