To allow students with demands to wear blazers, to be able to take them off.
To allow schoolchildren with demands to wear blazers, to be allowed to remove them, as so they don’t overheat. Frankly, I think it’s ridiculous that some children are forced to wear blazers even at the most scorching temperatures.
As so students don’t get too hot as it could stop them from learning as well.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about uniform are a matter for individual schools, not the UK Government or Parliament. Government guidance "strongly recommends" that schools "consider how comfortable the proposed uniform will be for pupils" and "take a sensible approach to allow for exceptions to be made during extreme weather".
