Increase specialist trained emergency service staffing across London

Additional Information

Give more financial and operational support to police and other emergency services, to enable them to effectively police situations such as those seen this weekend. The lack of specialist training of many areas of the emergency services has rendered them almost completely ineffectual in these situations.
