Change car insurance rules so one policy covers the vehicle not just the driver.
Update UK car insurance laws to allow any household member to drive a car under one policy, like in other European countries.
In the UK, multiple drivers in a household must each have separate insurance, even for the same car. This system penalises families, young drivers, and low-income households, while insurance companies profit. Europe uses vehicle based insurance, which is fairer and more affordable.
