Petition Action

Only resident British citizens over 18 should be allowed to vote in elections.

Petition Details

Restrict voting rights to only resident British citizens aged 18 or over for general elections and local elections in England.

Additional Information

We believe that to have a say in the future of the UK, you should be a resident British citizen to prove you are committed to our country. Voters should also be over 18 as we believe they would be children under that age and have less real-world experience, so not able to determine what is best for the country.
