Require that photo ID and fingerprints are taken prior to the purchase of knives

Petition Details

I feel the law needs to be changed regarding the purchase of knives. I believe that when purchasing a knife, photo ID should be held on record and finger prints taken, to reduce the lives lost to knife crime.
