Allow motorbikes a coloured side light or removable tinted headlight lense in winter months
Allow motorbikes to have a coloured side light bulb or a removable plastic lightly tinted headlight lens during winter months, or all year (colour to be decided by government). Thus making it easier to distinguish motorbikes from other traffic resulting in less deaths.
