Fair Pay. Safe Staffing. Safer Care for Everyone
Fair compensation and safe staffing are not optional — they are essential to sustaining quality patient care and a resilient healthcare system. Nurses can’t provide quality care if they’re overworked and underpaid. It’s time to value those who care for us all.
Nurses save lives every day but face unsafe staffing, low pay, burnout, and unsafe workplaces. We demand fair wages, safe nurse-to-patient ratios, mental health support, reduced administrative burden, career growth, and a voice in policy. Supporting nurses ensures safer care, healthier patients, and a stronger, sustainable healthcare system.
