make it compulsory for cats to be microchipped
make it compulsory that all cats have to be microchipped like dogs.so many innocent animals are being euthanased because they have strayed a little too far and are not microchipped.so many cats are also just dumped because people think they can fend for themselves-well the answer is they cant.so please sign and lets be able to stop all of thisit is now compulsory for dogs lets make it happen for cats aswell
