Save and restore Uk libraries

We the undersigned strongly request the Government to make the UK library service a standard service across the UK so that ALL authorities are obliged to provide 'a comprehensive and efficient' service regardless of cost. The Government needs to call an immediate halt to any reductions in service currently ongoing and reverse decisions where necessary to achieve this. The Government also need to define exactly what is meant by 'comprehensive and efficient' and ensure ALL authorities adhere to it.
