Reinstate the Riot Act
"An act for preventing tumults and riotous assemblies, and for the more speedy and effectual punishing the rioters"
After the Riot Act has been read to the rioters (of which there must be at least 12), they have one hour to disperse or they would be found guilty of felony without benefit of clergy, which was punishable by death.
These recent riots show that there is a complete disregard for the law, in fact for any authority at all. They are destroying people's livelihoods and generations of business. They are chipping away at an already suffering economy. This act, can be part of the solution.
You can't sign this petition because it is now closed. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
