Zero Income Tax on overtime worked in excess over full time hours.
Incentivise and support hard working individuals with tax breaks for hours worked over full time equivalent. Promoting a positive healthy work ethic and reduce burden on benefits. Calling for zero income tax on hours worked over full time hours.
Boosting productivity, mental wellbeing, and pride in careers. It promotes individuals to take pride in their work, promotes those able to work more to strive to fulfill extra hours. It will reduce stress on mental health, promote work ethic during times of need and demonstrate to citizens the importance (and reward) on working hard. More individuals will seek additional hours and reducing burden on public sector and health authorities. Combat work stress and boost morale in businesses.
