Employers to open 25% of job positions for parents 9.30am-2.30pm Monday-Friday
Change/Create the law - every Employer in the UK have to open mandatory minimum 25% job positions for parents in between the times of 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Make a scheme parents can apply to check eligibility ( in case they have a child with disability or special needs)
Create a website,where eligible parents can apply for jobs,within these 25%
These changes will help with:
Reducing Universal Credit payments;
Reducing the stress of parents looking for suitable job around school times;
Elimination of discrimination with job applications, job interviews and job positions ( yes we are discriminated when we mention we depend on school run)
Helping UK parent and children's wellbeing;
Having happy Family time
