Introduce Laws regarding the use and development of Artificial Intelligence
We would like the government to implement laws regulating the creation of artificial intelligence and potentially banning certain AI providers if they do not meet these requirements. and also implement stricter copyright against AI companies.
For a long time the development of artificial intelligence has remained largely unregulated and this could pose a LARGE issue to the world, if we start drafting laws early and make them effective this can be shouldered we would like to propose a sort of interim laws until more can be known about artificial intelligence after the recent implementation of the online safety act we believe the government has the sense to read out petition and consider this in parliament.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand you're concerned about AI, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
