Restrict access to public funds to UK citizens and permanent residents only.
We call on the Government to ensure that only UK citizens and those with permanent residency can access public funds, by tightening eligibility rules, improving enforcement, and preventing misuse of the welfare system.
Public funds should be protected for those with full and lasting ties to the UK. Limiting eligibility to citizens and permanent residents ensures fairness, sustainability, and reduces pressure on welfare services.
