Change how many DT subjects students can do for GCSE, A-Level, or BTEC
I want the government or parliament to change how many DT subjects students are allowed to do for GCSE, A-Level, or BTEC. For example, if a student wants to do both food preparation and nutrition and hospitality and catering, even though they are very similar, they can.
I want the government or parliament to do it because I think students should be allowed to do as many DT subjects as they want for GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC. Even if that means some schools that make students do PRS for GCSE say they don’t have to anymore. I just think it gives students an opportunity to learn more and develop essential skills, especially in the case of food, that will help them in later life.
