Set up a Task Force to fly anywhere in the world
to help out in emergencies and finish sending
overseas aid to all and sundry.Then close down
the dept reponsible for distributing our money which we have to borrow to give away.The ring fencing of this budget when we have to suffer ourselves financially is ridiculous.
