Ban HGV Overtaking on A14 Ipswich during peak hours

Additional Information

The A14 between junction 55 (Copdock Interchage) and junction 58 (Seven Hills Interchange) should ban HGV's from overtaking during the hours of 07.30 - 09.30 and 17.00 - 19.00 hours due to excess traffic congestion.
