Review the minimum size of Parking Spaces
Parking spaces were last reviewed in the 1970s but since then the size of vehicles have increased. Please review the size to reflect the true average size of vehicles.
This is causing real issues in damage and access plus housing developments have unrealistic provisions for owner parking. A realistic approach needs to be taken especially in new housing developments and retail parks, along with payment spaces.
