Chernobyl Arch
The Chernobyl Arch is a necessity for humanity.
We, as a country, contributed a mere £50 million to a several billion expense project.
The funding has slowed and costs have spiraled. It is my proposal that we, as a human race, have a responsibility to correct and contain our error and as the UK was directly affected, we should be more directly involved in the clean up.
