Review police powers under section 136 of Mental Health Act

Petition Details

I would like to see the police have more power to help those in crisis in their own homes. Without a warrant, they can only enforce a section 136 if it happens in public.

Additional Information

I believe this could help save the lives of people in a mental health crisis.
