We understand that you're concerned about the rights of people without addresses, however we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, we're not sure what specific changes you would like to see made or what you mean by recognising people as citizens.

Homeless patients are already entitled to register with a GP using a temporary address or the practice address. You can find out more here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a petition calling for the Government to fund post boxes for homeless people, if that's something that you'd like to see.
