Stop Parking charges PCN profiteering
To Stop people from excessive charges to park in hospitals, doctors and small towns and to use bar codes if they have an appointment.
To regulate PCN charging companies from profiteering, from ordinary families to shop in towns without worrying and how long people have to wait in hospital due to waiting times.
