Raise personal allowance to ensure pensioners pay no tax on state pensions
its unfair that pensioners who only receive state pensions pay tax. we need a pensioner's personal allowance to ensure pensioners do not pay tax when the only income is a state pension
Pensioners work all their lives for a small state pension, taxing it is unfair
