Bring to trial HMRC officers who facilitated fraud and tax evasion on a grand scale by HSBC.

Additional Information

These taxpayer funded employees must not be allowed to put themselves above the law. They actively encouraged fraudsters and tax thieves to carry their criminal activity by promising them they would not be prosecuted. THESE EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE THAT DECISION ON BEHALF OF THEIR EMPLOYER - THE TAXPAYER. Since they have presumed that authority and excused their clients from prosecution THEY THEMSELVES MUST BE BROUGHT FORWARD TO TRIAL FOR CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD AND FACILITATING CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.
