Introduce a disabled bus pass without travel time restrictions for working age
Free restrictions for working age disabled person in order that they may travel for work , rather than rely on taxis or access to work . The disabled should not be discriminated against & afforded help , full flexibility to fulfill their potential.
This should allow more disabled to get into work before 09:30 & travel after 23:00 shift work , this would enable them more flexibility & help the welfare bill reduce , I feel a small cost to relieve a bigger cost of welfare , travelling is one of the biggest issues facing the disabled ,
