Ensure council waste collection services meet high standards and accountability.
Rubbish is piling up, bins overflow and streets smell because collections are inconsistent. Some workers are distracted or absent from duties. This harms the environment, lowers community pride, and reduces quality of life. We need reliable bin services we can trust.
