Protect The Exe: Stop Excessive Control & Charges from the Proposed HRO

Petition Details

Object to the proposed HRO on the grounds that it would impose unnecessary bureaucracy, undermine the independence of local businesses, introduce unclear and potentially onerous licence terms, and grant the Council disproportionate enforcement powers.

Additional Information

Reconsider the HRO and engage in genuine partnership with ALL affected parties.
