Carry out an investigation into HSBC for collusion into tax evasion

Additional Information

I would like the government to carry out an investigation into collusion by HSBC in tax evasion by its private banking clients. If found guilty the directors of the bank at the time should be charged with assisting tax evasion and sent to prison and the bank given a heavy fine
