All commercial motorcycle delivery drivers to require a full licence.
Delivery drivers with just a CBT are a constant danger on the roads, undertaking, driving on pavements, pulling up cm away from your vehicle, cutting in front of you by millimetres, speeding, the CBT is abused for commercial use.
Make it mandatory that all delivery motorcycle riders are required to have a A2 or Full DAS in order to be used for commercial use to cut down on extremely bad riding. Alternatively form a new CBT-C (commercial) that is more extensive and requires more training with a test required..
