Do not postpone or cancel any of the 2026 Local Council Elections
Parliament must ensure that all council elections happen as scheduled without delay.
If the 2026 council elections are postponed for the 2nd year running as rumours have begun to circulate, this would greatly serve to undermine democracy in the UK and the British people's trust and engagement in politics. It would serve as a form of voter suppression and disillusionment.
