Stop defining state pensions as a benefit

Petition Details

We want the Government to change the legal definition of state pensions and stop defining them as a benefit because we believe they are an Annuity paid for with national insurance contributions made by the person accepting the Annuity so in effect it was a way of saving for a pension.
