Mandate labelling of Al-generated videos in metadata and online

Petition Details

Parliament needs to make companies and social media giants implement safeguarding features that flag and tell users that the content they are seeing is AI generated.

Additional Information

AI media is becoming more prominent across all forms of social media and daily life. Some of this media is now so advanced that you can only tell that they are AI by minor visual errors or watermarks.

People that are not competent with technology or can not understand that video/imagery can be manipulated to this extent are at high risk of being exposed to propaganda or fake news, which results in this misinformatkon being spread amongst their peers.
