HS2 Referendum
It is clear that HS2 does not have public support. It is a huge waste of public money and detrimental to the environment and to the areas the line will pass through. There should be a binding public referendum for the public to vote on whether to continue with HS2 and spend at least £50 billion of public money or to cancel the project and divert money to other public services such as the NHS.
