Ensure couriers are fully responsible for delivery issues & introduce penalties

Petition Details

I call the Government to pass a law which ensures items are delivered on time, holds couriers 100% responsible for the full cost of lost or misplaced orders instead of the senders, and to introduce penalties to ensure items are delivered to the correct address.

Additional Information

I feel too many items are delivered to the wrong address, left on doorsteps or delivered late. I want the Government to pass a law which ensures couriers are held 100% responsible for the full cost of lost or misplaced orders, rather than the sender, without insurance being added on to the cost, and for statutory penalties for orders that have not been delivered correctly and or arrived later than originally stated.
