Petition Action

Ban home firework displays! No selling public selling, Organised displays only!

Petition Details

Make it illegal to sell fireworks to members of the public stop supermarkets selling them. Make fireworks on a licence basis and only let public well organised events happen.

Additional Information

Too many incompetent people get hold of fireworks this leads to deaths and injuries on the public and livestock. The impact on farm animals wildlife and domestic animals is tragic. Neighbours let off fireworks behind my stables. I have to stand and watch my terrified horses hurt themselves and there is nothing I can do without endangering my life. No notification has to be given in these instances and there is nothing I can do to stop it. Sheep and horses have aborted their young due to this.
