Make all tax dodgers equal under the law

Additional Information

With the revenue treating wealthy evaders / avoiders of tax (both business and individuals) subject to, in practice what amounts to different rules and treatment to both the regular self employed and employed individuals.
Either stop taxing all equally or pursue all equally with no preference being given to the better off.
