Restrict fireworks use to just November 5th and New Years Eve
Restrict fireworks to just November 5th until 10pm and New Years Eve until 00.15 and no other use allowed due stress of domestic and wild animals.
The use of fireworks should be restricted to bonfire night only being November 5th up until 10pm and also New Year's Eve up until 00.15 to reduce animal stress for domestic and wild animals.
